PAYMENT TERMS: Payments must be made by direct deposit. A non-refundable booking fee of 20% of the final price is required to confirm your wedding date. 6 weeks prior to the wedding date the remaining balance will be due. Additional purchases made after the final consultation will be accepted up to two weeks before the wedding date. Payment will be due upon ordering and there will be a non- refundable $25 fee. (We reserve the right to waive this fee at our discretion.) No guarantee is given that the same flowers will be available for orders made after the final consultation, but rest assured that color and style will match as closely as possible. *

DESIGN TERMS: Ordering of flowers will not begin until a signed copy of this contract is returned, along with the Deposit. We cannot guarantee the availability of specific flower varieties due to factors such as seasonality and import restrictions. The selection of flowers provided will be consistent with the style and color palette outlined in the proposal, and we will make every effort to match the intended aesthetic. However, substitutions may occur based on availability. Changes to your order can be made during our final consultation, which takes place 8-10 weeks before the wedding. While you are not locked into your current order, please note that the minimum spend requirement of $3,500 must still be met. *
